Altura is a bespoke villa designed as a calm, light-filled home for a family of four, with the flexibility to accommodate extended family during gatherings. Our approach was to create a spatial framework that feels open and connected, while still allowing for moments of privacy and retreat.

We adopted an open planning strategy to bring in maximum natural light and ventilation, organizing the home around interconnected living spaces that flow into courts, terraces, and semi-open areas. This allows the house to breathe—drawing in light and air while maintaining a constant visual connection across spaces. Public areas are kept fluid and expansive, while private zones are more contained, creating a clear yet seamless transition between the two.

The planning also anticipates change—spaces can expand or contract based on use, supporting both everyday living and larger family gatherings without feeling constrained. Material choices and a restrained lighting approach further reinforce the architecture, highlighting volumes and edges while keeping the overall experience warm and understated.

Through this, Altura becomes more than a villa—it is a carefully composed living environment that balances openness, comfort, and adaptability.
