Our team approached this project with a singular intent-to translate the client's affinity for nature into a thoughtful architectural response, where climate, landscape, and logic guide every decision.

By anchoring the design onto an existing rock outcrop, we minimized site intervention while allowing the terrain to shape levels and spatial flow. Passive strategies informed the built form: a vaulted ceiling acts as a thermal buffer, while calibrated orientations and filler slab construction reduce heat gain and material use. Openings are precisely positioned to frame views of Maralwadi Lake, reinforcing a constant dialogue between the built and the natural.
