Project Gallery
This 4530.5 sq ft residence is conceived as a climate-responsive luxury home that harmonizes transparency, spatial fluidity, and sustainability. Anchored by self-shadowing courtyards along the south wall, the design reduces heat gain while enabling passive cooling through cross ventilation and the stack effect. A semi-basement subtly lowers the building’s height and houses auxiliary functions, enhancing accessibility and comfort across levels. Large glass facades and double-height volumes create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience, while multifunctional spaces around internal courtyards foster light, greenery, and thermal comfort—defining The Courtyard Glasshouse as both a sanctuary and a statement of refined, sustainable living.
