The project features 10 thoughtfully designed 2–3 storied villas, strategically positioned along the site’s natural contours to maximize views of the valley while minimizing environmental impact. Emphasizing a low-intervention approach, the design integrates local materials, native landscaping, and sustainable practices such as rainwater harvesting and greywater reuse. Each villa is planned with accessibility in mind, ensuring safe and comfortable movement for elderly residents through features like ramps, non-slip pathways, and lift options. The community also includes shared amenities such as a clubhouse, an infinity-edge swimming pool, and gathering spaces near a natural stream at the lower end of the site, all designed to foster relaxation and social interaction. This retreat harmoniously blends modern comfort with ecological sensitivity, offering a tranquil yet well-connected escape from urban life.
